Who We Are!
JoeAlek Konstrukts is responsible for formulating and directing the overall group strategy and offer a wide range of services including House Roofing, Borehole Drilling, Cobble Stone Placement (Interlock), Home Electrification and General Building Projects as well as recruitment and employment.

- We believe that NO ONE ever drowns in his sweat. A dream does not become reality through magic, it takes SWEAT, DETERMINATION and HARD WORK! For even God is a worker, a Creator, a Potter, a Planter, a Commander, an Evaluator, a Rectifier, and a Builder (John 5:17).

At JoeAlek, we begin by:
- Making a list of all our daily tasks. We don't bother to arrange them in order of priority yet. We just determine what you need us to do FIRST!
- Now we prioritize our tasks and organize ourselves. Because we know to make hay whilst the sun shines, we begin in the first light of day.
- We make a checklist to keep in mind our task-progress. All growth depends on activity!
- With all these laid down, we kick off immediately, achieving more as we go!
